Get to Planes Without Unlocking Next Cit

OK, if you would like to fly to San Fierro or Las Venturas before unlocking them, then take a truck or car (preferably a truck) and go down to the Los Santos airport. Go to the entrance where when you get close it says you can't go in until you go through pilot school. Park your vehicle next to the small shack, get out of your vehicle, jump on top of your vehicle, and then on top of the building. From there, jump over the fence. And there you go! Access to planes and other cities! Use the "Never Wanted" code to keep the cops off of you!

Get Buff Fast

Go to any gym and work out a little then before it says (come back tomorrow) go out. Then go back in and do the same thing again. But make sure you go out before it says (come Back tomorrow). Again go back in and from there work out as much as you want the game shouldn't say (come back tomorrow). this a the fastest way you could get buff.

Fast Workout

With workout you can only workout until a limit and it says "...Come back tomorrow". Since you can only workout to that point, what you can do is goto your house and save the game about 3-4 times in a row (each save is 9 hours). Then after you do that a few times (9x3=27hours) you can go back to the gym and workout some more.

On Grand Theft Auto there are cheats and some cheats are hard to find we've put a page cheats there might not be allot but there will be as much as we can find. This picture shows your character holding a gun and shooting. Well this man is shooting either a car or someone. If you shoot someone, not always but most of the time there's money, walk into the money and then look at your money bar up the top and it will increase, that's a way of getting money. Another way is missions but that's boring. I know I haven't gone on about guns allot but now I'm going to.

This is a picture of an AK-47 it's a assault rifle that kills people easily, just with a few bullets. I use this gun on the game to do missions, I have to admit I ask my brothers to do them, if I can't do them. The first AK-47 was made in China in 1949. The weight of a AK-47 is 4.3kg (9.5lb).

This is a M4 it's available on the game that's why the crew put the picture on here. The M4 is a gun that's a really good for a war. This one was made in the United States of America, the place where the game is held. The weight is 5.9lb (2.7kg).
It is used in the war in Afghanistan and the war in Iraq.

The police on Grand Theft Auto use this a Baby Eagle/Jericho 941 it's origanaly from Israel it was made in 1990 according to Wikipedia! If you were looking for a gun I would definetly not recomend it. I don't think it should even be on the game 'cause it's so crap.

Francis McReary
Francis McReary is the Deputy Commissioner of the Liberty City Police Department. He very much wants to be Commissioner, but with word going around that the current Commissioner is retiring, blackmailers have emerged with evidence of all the "bad things" he has done. Francis first meets Niko briefly during a publicity shoot with Manny Escuela and later contacts Niko confidentially, wanting to pay him to silence those who wish to expose his corruption. He also knows that Niko killed Mikhail Faustin, but promises to not turn him in as further incentive for Niko's cooperation. Francis is, above all, a hypocrite. He believes that his position automatically makes him a good person and should negate all of his corruption. The McReary family is fully aware of this - as a youth, he became an altar server and stole the church collection plate, but believed the theft should be overlooked because he was a altar server. The only reason why Francis does not take down his own family is because his incarcerated brother, Gerald, has a lot of dirt on Francis' past and will alert the authorities the moment Francis tries anything.
Francis wears a black suit and tie, has a short mustache, and has slicked blond hair with a strong side parting. He attempts to take his brother, Derrick, down by having Niko assassinate him while the brothers are talking on a bench in a park. However, Niko has a choice of whom to kill. If Niko kills Derrick, Francis provides him with a more detailed version of the suspect detail system, and can also remove three star wanted levels. Killing him changes the storyline slightly, and the dialogue of McReary family members.
Francis is voiced by Thomas Lyons.

Patrick "Packie" McReary is an Irish thug who is also the heir to Liberty City's declining Irish Mob. Youngest of the McReary family, he is related to corrupt police detective Francis McReary, Derrick McReary, Kate McReary and Gerry McReary. He lives with his mother and sister, although he doesn't seem to like them much, and he hated his late father. Kate McReary, his sister, shows an "interest" in Niko, but he warns him away from her at first - later in the game, he supports the coupling very much. Those who know him refer to him as "Packie." He is also a close friend of Elizabeta. Packie admits he has a bit of a drug problem and says it's the reason he has not done anything with his life. When drunk, he loudly resents having to always take orders from Gerry. His special ability for being friends with Niko is providing him with specialized bombs, which can be attached to cars, and detonated with the cell phone.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a sandbox-style action adventure computer and video game designed by Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design) and published by Rockstar Games. It is the second 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto video game franchies and fourth original title overall. It debuted in North America on October 27, 2002, for the PlayStaton 2 and quickly became the best-selling video game for that year. As of July 2006, Vice City was, in the American market, the best-selling PlayStation 2 game of all time. Vice City also appeared on Japanese magazine Famitsu's readers' list of all-time favorite 100 videogames in 2006. Following this success, Vice City saw releases in Europe, Austalia and Japan, and became available on the PC. Rockstar Vienna also packaged the game with its predecessor, Grand Theft Auto III, and sold it as Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack for the Xbox. Ricardo Diaz is the extremely dangerous and volatile individual behind the ambush of the Forelli family's drug deal. He is also the leader of his own gang, and the initial drug lord of Vice City. Fearing the Liberty City Mafia is looking to gain a foothold in Vice City's expanding drug trade, Diaz takes the initiative and arranges the killing of multiple buyers and suppliers, which includes Tommy Vercetti and his crew, as well as the supplier Victor Vance.[5] Over time, Diaz becomes less tolerant of competition, singling out aspiring dealers for assassination, no matter how small-time.[6] Tommy and Ricardo meet during the mission Guardian Angels where Tommy and Lance Vance save Diaz from an ambush by the Haitian Gang, there Tommy proceeds to run several errands for Diaz like wiping out a thief stealing money from Diaz in Phnom Penh '86 and stealing the fastest boat in Vice City in mission The Fastest Boat. However Tommy is soon informed by Colonel Cortez that Diaz organised the ambush that ruined his drug deal, upon hearing this Lance Vance attempts to kill Diaz but is captured and tortured in a junkyard in mission Death Row, Tommy then saves Lance but blows his cover as one of Diaz's helpers. Fearing that Diaz is now after them, Tommy and Lance load themselves up with a lot of weaponry in mission Rub Out and raid Diaz's mansion and eventually kill Diaz by blasting him in the face and take over his empire.
Diaz bribed the INS for a green card in 1978, after entering the country illegally from Colombia. His contacts there believe he is a major player in the illegal drug industry and anti-government activity. Diaz took up residence in Vice City and operated as a drug smuggler before wiping out the competition, emerging as the premier Vice City drug baron in 1984. He is also a friend of Colonel Cortez.
Diaz is a popular philanthropist who gives money to foundations across Vice City and Central and South America, but all are believed to be fronts. He is short in stature and is thought to suffer from a Napoleon complex. His medical records show he has over-active glands and sweats more than is socially acceptable. He is a noted gun collector and is almost always armed; he has a private militia and is heavily guarded at all times. He has been involved in a long-running battle for control of the drug business in Vice City and has bribed most police officers and officials within the town. He is feared due to his reputation of unpredictable behavior and may be personally responsible for 18 murders.
Ricardo's foul tempered and hot headed nature is evidenced in game, damaging or destroying items either by hand or with whatever weapon is available, such as shooting his unplugged VCR when he thought that the device was malfunctioning, shooting pigeons when he found bird feces on his car, or knocking over and repeatedly stamping on a television set after watching a horse on which he has bet lose a race.
Ricardo lived in a huge mansion in the affluent neighborhood of Starfish Island. Dubbed as the Diaz estate, the interior of the home closely resembles that of fictional drug lord Tony Montana from the 1983 film Scarface. His clothing is also an exact copy of what Tony Montana wore in Scarface's famous chainsaw torture scene. However, the estate was seized by Tommy Vercetti after his death. Ricardo Diaz's first name is also similar to that of Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs, a major Miami Vice character. Diaz also appears to have once had a brother. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Lance Vance apologies to Diaz for his brother going 'alpha male' on him. Diaz says he understands, his brother did the same, so he killed him.

Ken Rosemberg

Ken Rosenberg is a shady neurotic lawyer (a partner at the "Rosenberg & Associates" legal firm) who is closely affiliated with Tommy Vercetti and loosely connected to the Forelli family, often serving as comic relief. Rosenberg meets Vercetti at Escobar International Airport and remains his loyal ally throughout the game. He secures Tommy's release from prison whenever he is arrested, and his voice on a phone is sometimes briefly heard in these situations ("Tommy Vercetti is an innocent man!" and "Officer, do you really think my client is capable of these acts?" and even "Tommy Vercetti doesn't even own a gun!" Tommy can also be heard requesting that the police call his lawyer, and gives Ken's name).
Rosenberg has been reported to have problems with controlled substances (particularly cocaine) and egomainia. He is also suspected of cheating on his law school exams and having employed heavies on numerous occasions to intimidate and corrupt juries; Georgio Forelli, the Underboss of the Forelli family, is a "blue chip" client of Ken's. Rosenberg's inability to firmly take control of situations meant he would also be the subject of jokes on occasions. One example of this is during the planning stages of a large-scale bank heist, where Tommy jokingly stated that Rosenberg can "wash the money for the rest of the team and keep the drinks on ice" when Rosenberg wanted to participate in the heist. Rosenberg even mocks himself, saying "I couldn't intimidate a child - and believe me, I've tried!" Rosenberg has a very poor success rate at trial and is referred to as a "bonkers ambulance chaser" by Kent Paul. Paul also states that "that guy could defend an innocent man all the way to death row", and later befriends Rosenberg. In 1992, after Ken was sent to a rehabilitation clinic in Las Venturas, Rosenberg attempted to contact Vercetti for a job. However, he was turned away by one of Vercetti's associates as Vercetti has apparently abandoned him, seeing Rosenberg as more of a liability than help.
Rosenberg's character is based on the lawyer David Kleinfeld (played by Sean Penn) in the movie Carlito's Way—both characters look very much like each other, share the same frizzy hair and gaudy suits, and both are rendered increasingly paranoid and incoherent by their cocaine addictions. The work offices of both lawyers are also almost identical. Rosenburg is mentioned in Vice City Stories during a news report on the radio after the mission "Nice Package". It is stated after the reporter talking about the gun fights that he quotes the second amendment and should face charges.

Thomas "Tommy" Vercetti is the protagonist and playable character of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Prior to events in Vice City, Tommy had previously worked as a member of the Forelli family of the Liberty City Mafia. In 1971, he was sent by Don Sonny Forelli to kill a man in the Harwood District, but as he arrived 11 men ambushed him. Tommy was forced to kill them all, resulting in a 15-year prison sentence for multiple counts of homicide. He also earned the title "Harwood Butcher".
Fresh out of prison in 1986, Tommy is keen to start work again for the Forelli family, and is immediately dispatched by Don Sonny Forelli to Vice City to participate in a crucial introductory drug deal. When an ambush of the deal by a group of masked assailants results in Tommy losing both the money and the drugs, he sets out to find and kill the party responsible. In doing so, he takes complete control of the city, becoming one of Vice City's richest and most powerful men and becoming the leader of the extremely powerful Vercetti Gang. Sonny Forelli, however, continually demands his cut of the substantial profits, leading him to confront Tommy in person. After it emerges that Tommy's original 1971 capture was orchestrated by Sonny himself, Tommy killed Sonny and countless Forelli family members in his mansion, and emerges triumphant as the leader of an organization in total domination of Vice City. He used his power to kill a couple of the people he worked for, such as Ricardo Diaz. Tommy also had a business relationship with other gangs such as the Cubans, the Haitians, and Mitch Baker's Bikers.

Brucie Kibbuts

Bruce "Brucie" Kibbutz is a fitness enthusiast and a loud mouth, who enjoys fine women and cars. He enjoys the attention he gets from being rich and is a steroid user, specifically "bull shark testosterone". He sports a tattoo of a Chinese character meaning "Me" or "I"[15] and a necklace that reads "No. 1". On his back is a tattoo meaning "transvestite" (人妖)[16] Brucie owns a garage by Roman's first taxi depot in Broker called "Brucie's Executive Auto Garage." Niko suspects that Brucie's macho behavior is due to hidden low self-esteem (Brucie mentions that he was picked on for being overweight as a child). When Niko later learns that the people he has been killing for Brucie is merely because of Brucie's roid rage, Niko absolves their business relationship, but they continue as friends and Niko can continue stealing cars and participate in races for him. Once Niko's relationship with him is high enough, Brucie will provide free helicopter rides for him.
